General System Featues:

• Auto Attendant Service of the PARTNER MAIL VS System answers calls to your business with a custom-recorded company greeting. This feature then lets the caller transfer to a particular extension, department, voice mailbox or announcement by following a series of prompts. Callers can access up to 2 company announcements.
• Voice Mail Service allows callers to leave individual messages up to 4 minutes long, with up to 20 minutes of messages per mailbox. Each message includes date and time, and lets you attach a voice comment and forward to other mailboxes.
• Call Answer Feature of the PARTNER MAIL VS System automatically routes calls to your voice mailbox when you are unavailable to answer them. It also lets callers transfer directly to another extension after they've left a message in your mailbox.
• Multi-language Support allows customers who speak American, English, UK English, Latin American Spanish, and Canadian French will feel equally welcome (Callers can toggle between languages by pressing '*1')
• PARTNER MAIL VS is 'Avaya/Lucent Technologies' entry level voice messaging system. PARTNER MAIL VS is a self enclosed module which slides into PARTNER PLUS AND PARTNER II Carriers (Release 3.1 and higher) and Partner Endeavor Carriers. Available in 2 or 4 port versions.
