Used with field-installable connectors or in applications where the preconnectorized cables are routed directly from the equipment to the interconnect hardware. Available with a variety of industry-standard connector types. The Closet Connector Housing Panels are designed for applications where specified labeling and connector identification are required. This is accomplished by the use of colored icons with different symbols molded into the icon. The colored icons are offered in a variety of colors and labeling with different notations such as computer terminals (for fiber-to-the-desktop), telephones, video cameras, and CATV that are compliant with the EIA/TIA-606 labeling standard. Panels that accept icons come standard with the “blank red” icon.
