The Messager USB Duo is an on-hold digital message repeater with an integrated two-line on hold circuit. When paired with the Duo Wireless Adapter it adds a full featured on-hold circuit to virtually any standard one or two-line telephone.
MESSAGER-DUO Features:
- The Messager USB Duo easily installs between the incoming phone lines and phones throughout the business
- The base system comes with one Duo Wireless Adapter which would be placed next to each phone to allow for on-hold capability
- When a call needs to be placed on hold the appropriate line button on the adapter would be pressed - The caller would hear the message on hold program from the integrated Messager USB message-on-hold player while the user would hear a beep to signify the caller is on hold - Then from any adapter the caller can be taken off of hold by pressing the line button again
