For defective product returns, Impact asks that the customer return the defective items to their warehouse (After calling for an RMA number) pre paid on your account via a courier with a tracking number service. If the product is covered under warranty and repaired or replaced with a new unit, Impact will pay ground freight shipping to return the items to the customer.
